Shipping

For products marked "In Stock," we generally ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment. For custom-made items, our estimated lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. For any further information, please contact our sales team directly.

Shipping method

The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked delivery, which does not require a signature. If you would like delivery with signature confirmation, an additional fee will apply; please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible so you can follow your package's delivery online.

We also offer delivery by carrier, via Schenker, for large volumes.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and transportation. They may include a fixed fee and a variable fee depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be charged shipping for each one.

Returns

You have a legal period of 14 days to return the goods to us. Only products that are still new and in their original packaging are accepted.
