Trained as a sports coach, with over 10 years of crossfit experience and as a Hyrox ambassador , Manon knows the field better than anyone.

She speaks the language of coaches, understands their needs, and knows how to translate that experience into concrete solutions. Her strength lies in this direct link between passion and commercial effectiveness—a true bridge between athletes and the brand.

Après plus de 10 ans chez Mazars dans le domaine de la finance, Charline apporte à Pallini une solide expérience professionnelle. Passionnée de sport, elle pratique notamment la gymnastique et la calisthénie.

Issu de l’univers du rugby, Olivier est un véritable passionné de sport. Après avoir évolué à différents postes à responsabilité, il apporte aujourd’hui son expérience du terrain, sa connaissance de nombreuses disciplines sportives et une vraie culture de la performance.
